Purpose of the Policy
Respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information are very important to Les Saisons collectives inc. (“Les Saisons”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). When you contact us or use our website located at www.lessaisons.co (the “Site”), Les Saisons ensures that effective safeguards are in place to protect the confidential nature of the personal information under its custody.
By providing us with Personal Information (as defined below), whether through our Site, by telephone, email, in person, or by any other means, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
Personal Information includes information about you or information that, on its own or combined with other data, allows you to be identified directly or indirectly. Such information may include: first and last name, title, email address, mailing address, telephone numbers, financial, credit, or billing information, marketing and communication preferences, information relating to the use of our Site, including technical information regarding visits or information collected through cookies, and any other personal information that you consider useful to provide to us (the “Personal Information”). Generally, Personal Information does not include your business contact information, such as your name, title, business address, or business telephone number.

We also wish to inform you about how we may transfer such information, for technical reasons, to other entities or companies. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
Les Saisons collects only the Personal Information necessary for the purposes of its activities. We may collect, use, and disclose the following categories of Personal Information concerning you:
• Identification information, such as your first and last name;
• Contact information, such as your email address, mailing address, postal code, and telephone number;
• Payment information, such as your credit or debit card information when making a purchase through our Site;
• Account information, such as your username and password;
• Communication information, such as complaints, questions, or comments you send to us;
• Technical information, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, geolocation data, cookies, and other technologies on devices used to access our Site;
• Internet activity information, such as browsing or search history, the date and time of your visit to our Site, and the duration of your browsing session.

How Do We Collect Your Personal Information?
We collect information about you in various ways:
• Information you provide to us, for example when making a purchase or participating in a loyalty program that we may offer from time to time at our discretion.
• Information collected through your interactions with our Site or through our electronic communications, including through your laptop or mobile device, social media platforms, emails, and when purchasing our products or using our services (through a mobile device or otherwise) or other offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
Les Saisons will not use your Personal Information for purposes other than those identified in this Policy.
Les Saisons limits the collection of Personal Information to what is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. We will not disclose or use your Personal Information for other purposes, except in the following circumstances:
• Law Enforcement: We may share your Personal Information to respond to law enforcement requests, court orders, or other legal processes, or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to investigate, prevent, or respond to illegal activities, fraud, physical threats, or as required by any applicable law or regulation and to the extent necessary to protect the property, interests, and rights of Les Saisons.
• Archival Services: We may share your Personal Information with an organization whose business is the preservation of records for their general informational value.
• Business Transactions: Les Saisons may be involved in (1) the sale or lease of all or substantially all of its business operations and/or assets, (2) a change in its legal structure through merger or otherwise, (3) a transaction for obtaining a loan or other financing, or (4) any similar transaction (individually and collectively, a “Transaction”). In connection with such a Transaction, we may transfer or disclose your Personal Information to the current or prospective counterparty, provided that such organization agrees to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information in a manner consistent with this Policy.
• Aggregated Statistics and Reports: We freely use and disclose anonymized data, for example for statistical, analytical, calibration, management, and quality improvement purposes related to the Site and the services offered through it, or for the development or provision of other services by Les Saisons, or for the benefit of Site users generally. Les Saisons guarantees that such aggregated and anonymized data will never identify you in any way and will not contain Personal Information.
• Explicit Consent: Les Saisons may also disclose your Personal Information if you request or expressly consent to such disclosure.

How Is Personal Information Collected?
4.1 Directly From You
Most of the Personal Information we collect is information you provide directly to us, including when you:
• Contact us (in person, by telephone, email, etc.);
• Purchase Les Saisons products;
• Submit requests to Les Saisons;
• Provide feedback or participate in surveys;
• Apply for employment with Les Saisons.
4.2 From Third Parties
Les Saisons may also collect your Personal Information from third parties with your consent or where permitted by law.
4.3 Through Our Site and Online Services and Through the Use of Cookies
Les Saisons may also collect Personal Information when you visit our Site.
On the one hand, we use cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site and that cannot be disabled in our systems. The IP address used by your device to connect is automatically collected when you access the Les Saisons website.
Through direct interactions with our Site, we may collect connection data, which may include the pages you visit, the date and time you use the Site, the address of the webpage visited before using the Site, the URL that directed you to our Site, browser type and settings, device information (such as brand, model, and operating system), browser configuration information, language preferences, unique identifiers, and cookies.
We may also collect usage and analytics data, which may include frequency of connection, features used, duration and timing of use, and the various activities undertaken by users.
You may control and manage cookies in several ways. Please note that deleting or blocking cookies may negatively affect your user experience and some parts of our Site may no longer be fully accessible.

Consent
As a general rule, Les Saisons obtains the Personal Information it needs directly from you and with your consent, subject to exceptions permitted by law. Personal Information will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected unless we obtain your consent for another use.
We may also collect Personal Information from third parties or publicly available records as permitted by law or where we have obtained the required consent.
Les Saisons will not collect, use, or disclose Personal Information without your consent unless authorized or required by law.
Please note that you have the right to refuse to provide us with Personal Information. You also have the right, subject to reasonable notice and applicable legal restrictions, to withdraw your consent to the use of Personal Information already collected by contacting our Privacy Officer. Refusal to provide information or withdrawal of consent may prevent us from providing or continuing to provide our services or information about them.

Who May Have Access to or Receive Your Personal Information?
Your Personal Information is accessible only to Les Saisons employees who require access to it in the course of their duties.
Les Saisons may disclose your Personal Information to partners or service providers in connection with service agreements that support the purposes described above, or to public authorities where required by law. The categories of third parties to whom we may disclose your Personal Information include:
• A person acting on your behalf with your consent;
• Our service providers, including advertising service providers and technology solution providers;
• Government authorities or regulatory bodies where required by law or where we have reasonable grounds to believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws or a court order;
• The Commission d’accès à l’information (privacy oversight authority) and any persons authorized to obtain such information under applicable law, including securities regulators, self-regulatory organizations, and the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC).
Our employees and authorized service providers (“Authorized Personnel”) access and use Personal Information in accordance with our instructions only where they need to know such information and are subject to strict confidentiality and security obligations. We ensure that Authorized Personnel handle such information with the utmost discretion and diligence and comply with this Policy and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
At no time will Les Saisons sell or exchange your Personal Information for monetary consideration.

Transfer of Personal Information Outside Quebec
Please note that your Personal Information is currently hosted in Quebec.
In the future, we may engage third-party service providers to process, manage, or host Personal Information on our behalf outside Quebec. As a result, some of your Personal Information may be transferred to another province or country and may become subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
However, we take steps to protect the Personal Information under our custody, including information entrusted to service providers located in Canada or abroad. Our privacy policies and practices require service providers to enter into written agreements obligating them to preserve the confidentiality and security of the Personal Information entrusted to them. This includes implementing robust and effective security measures and prohibiting disclosure of your Personal Information except as permitted under applicable privacy laws in the Province of Quebec.

Security Measures Relating to Your Personal Information
We take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of Personal Information and to protect it against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification, taking into account the sensitivity of the information and the purposes for which it is intended.
Les Saisons is responsible for the Personal Information in its possession or under its custody, including Personal Information entrusted to third parties for processing purposes, and takes this responsibility seriously. Les Saisons retains and requires such third parties to retain Personal Information according to strict confidentiality and security standards and to commit in writing to comply with this Policy and applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Les Saisons has implemented and continues to develop rigorous security measures to ensure that the Personal Information it collects remains strictly confidential and is protected against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
These measures include:
• Organizational measures, such as limiting access to authorized individuals strictly on a need-to-know basis for the performance of their assigned duties;
• Physical measures (for example, data backup and archiving using external systems);
• Technological measures, such as password protection and encryption (for example, frequent password changes and the use of firewalls).
Furthermore, the Personal Information we hold is accessible only to those individuals authorized to access it and only when necessary in the performance of their duties.
To this end, we restrict access to our offices and computer systems, train our personnel, and require agents and suppliers who have access to Personal Information to sign confidentiality agreements and implement security measures considered equivalent to our own.

Minors
Our Site and activities are intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and older. Les Saisons does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18.
If a minor under the age of 14 wishes to use our Site, the collection of that minor’s Personal Information may not occur without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 14 without obtaining the required parental or guardian consent, we will take steps to delete such information from our records as quickly as possible.
If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 14 and are aware that your child has provided Personal Information, we encourage you to contact our Privacy Officer so that we may take the necessary measures.

Retention Period
Les Saisons retains your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Destruction of Personal Information, or anonymization where justified by a serious and legitimate purpose, is carried out securely. Anonymized information may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
Access and Correction
Subject to limited exceptions provided under applicable legislation, you have the right to access, review, update, and request correction of inaccuracies in your Personal Information.
You may submit such requests by contacting our Privacy Officer. We may ask you to provide certain Personal Information when making such a request in order to verify your identity.
Requests for access and correction are free of charge. However, reasonable fees may be charged for the transcription, reproduction, or transmission of your Personal Information.
Your request will be processed no later than thirty (30) days following receipt of your written request by the Privacy Officer.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent, where permitted, to the use of your Personal Information by Les Saisons. Any request to withdraw consent must be communicated to the Privacy Officer.
Automated Decision-Making
If Les Saisons implements a decision-making process based exclusively on the automated processing of Personal Information (without human intervention), you will be informed that you are subject to such a process, of the decision that has been made, and of your right to submit observations regarding that decision.
Upon request, you may also be informed of:

Data Portability

In circumstances where applicable, you may require Les Saisons to cease disseminating your Personal Information or to de-index any hyperlink associated with your name that provides access to your Personal Information through technological means, where the dissemination of such information violates the law or a court order.
Complaints
Any questions regarding your Personal Information or complaints arising from a failure to comply with the principles set out in this Policy must be submitted in writing to the Privacy Officer.

Email Communications
Your email address may be used to send you electronic communications from time to time where you have provided your consent.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any marketing email we send you.
If you unsubscribe from our marketing emails, you acknowledge that we may continue to send you messages relating to our relationship with you, such as confirmations of registration for events or training programs, for example.
At any time, you may choose to stop receiving electronic communications by contacting the Privacy Officer or by using the unsubscribe instructions included at the bottom of such communications, where applicable.

Terms of Use of the Site and Services
The Terms of Use of the Site and Services, available at www.lessaisons.co, contain important provisions that disclaim and exclude the liability of Les Saisons and other parties regarding your use of the Site and Services, as well as provisions determining the applicable law and exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes relating to your use of the Site and Services.
Each of these provisions also applies to any dispute that may arise in connection with this Policy and the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of your Personal Information, and shall have the same force and effect as if fully reproduced in this Policy.

Amendments to This Policy
Les Saisons reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
Any such amendments will be posted on the Site and will become effective immediately upon posting.
Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to inform users of the Site and our services of any material changes.
