Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original, resalable condition

  • With all tags attached

Once the items are received and inspected, an approved return will result in a partial refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@lessaisons.co.



Customer Responsibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping the return package (tracked or untracked) 

  • All return shipping fees

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
If a tracking number is available, please share it with us so we can assist if needed.

All returns must be shipped prepaid.
We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) shipments.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Custom orders

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping it back.


Errors, Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the situation and offer a solution.


Wool Pieces

Our merino and lamb wool pieces are uniquely handcrafted and require specialized care. Because of their artisanal nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged due to improper washing or handling (such as machine washing, high heat, or incorrect detergents).

Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Information

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, including re-shipping costs.

International Orders
Delivery times for orders shipped outside Canada are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for the shipping method selected at checkout.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Shopify Self-Serve Returns

Step 1 — Request a return
Sign in to your customer account here and submit a return request through Shopify Self-Serve Returns.

Step 2 — Print your return label
We can provide a return label for $12.00 + tax, which will be deducted from your refund.

Step 3 — Prepare your package
Include the completed return form and the merchandise in its original or secure packaging.

Step 4 — Apply the label
Affix the return label securely and cover the original shipping label if necessary.

Step 5 — Drop off the package
Bring your parcel to a carrier drop-off location and keep the tracking number for your records.
