Our goal at Les Saisons is to offer the public sustainable, unique, colorful, and above all, responsible items. We went traveling to Ecuador to create and design our most popular items: our camping blankets. For this project, we chose to collaborate again with the artist Marine Poiraton for a blanket that mixes art, tradition, and functionality. They turned out to be so cute and yet, perfect for travelling, van life and outdoor adventures. 

Ecuador: At the Heart of Manufacturing

They brought together the timeless traditions of the Quechua people and modern artistic expression, resulting in a blanket that is both a functional work of art and a celebration of cultural identity.

Marine Poiraton: The Creative Mind behind this Masterpiece 

For this project, we are thrilled to once again collaborate with Marine Poiraton, an artist known for her unique ability to blend modern design with cultural elements. 

The "Mountains" blanket features a pattern inspired by the majestic peaks of the Andes, a symbol of strength and resilience for the Quechua nation. MarinePoiraton's design not only captures the beauty of these mountains but also pays homage to the rich cultural heritage they represent. 

As for the "Eternal Sunshine" design, it incorporates sun motifs. For the Quechua people, the sun's daily journey across the sky is seen as a symbol of order and stability, it is a very strong symbol in the inca culture.
