• 1 scoop of 5 g in your water container
• 1 scoop 5g in your jug 1/2 water and 1/2 juice of your choice for a healthy homemade carbohydrate hydration drink
• 1 scoop of 5 g in your can filled with maple water for a healthy homemade hydration drink with natural carbohydrates from here
• Consuming during or after heavy sweating physical activity
• Consuming during a sporting activity lasting more than 2 hours
